Official All Saints Street merchandise is sold only through TaoBao on what is assumedly the FENZ official store front. This store also sells, Fei Ren Zai, You Shou Yan and other merchandise. The link to the TaoBao is here.
The official merchendise consists of clothes, washi tape, key chains, notebooks, and tsum tsums. The prices range from 25 RMB to 239 RMB. (4 USD to 38 USD). TaoBao only caters to residents of China. If you are interested in purchasing merchandise you will need to use an agent such as SuperBuy.
